Are you a carer?

Are you a carer? Carers Northumberland is a registered charity that provides information and support to unpaid family carers across Northumberland.

They say  one of the issues they face is that many people do not identify themselves as carers. If you spend time looking after someone – then ask yourself – are you a carer too?

Once a family member or a friend understands that they are a carer,  they can find support from Carers Northumberland. They can access specialist information and as well as this – there is both financial and emotional support that may be available.

They would like to help people realise they may be a carer and can find some help.  So please click to see their new posters here – Carers Northumberland Posters

If you can display them in your office at work, or in your community – please print them out or get in touch with Anne Marie, for copies to be sent to you.
